For the past 5 months I've been working as a remote freelance AFX animator at Smashmouth Games up in Manchester on their debut game 'Ongaku'. Its all still top secret so I can't show you anything just yet, though I can tell you Ongaku is to be released shortly and I'll be able to update you with all the animation goodness then.

For those who were about for the London Short Film Festival might have seen Ugly Love being screened as part of the Music&Film night at the Roxy bar. It was a great night, and its always exciting to see my films on any kind of bigger screen. Check out Gutter Magazine for their lovely review.

Ugly Love is also being screened as part of the Bang! in the bar programme and will be screened over the festival weekend at the Broadway Cinema in Nottingham. Come along if you can make it and see Ugly Love in action.

I'v finally had the time to finish my new selfmotivated animation Ugly Love. With thanks once again to Broadcast2000 for the use of the their awesome track 'Get Up and Go'. This is the second installment in my 'Animal Love' series, the first of which (Panda Love) can be seen on my website.
As well as working on Ugly Love I've also been busy finalising the designs for a new local tile shop which will be opening shortly.
Ugly Love is an amalgamation of AFX & 3ds.

I've been mighty busy trying to finish my new animation Ugly Love in time for the summer animation festivals, some screenshots (or hopefully the animation) to follow soon.
In the meanwhile have been also working on designing identity for a local tile buisness. Its all a bit hush hush at the moment, but hope to post some designs shortly.

So, the past few months after graduating have been a crazy blur taking part in Dare To Be Digital, UK's premiere games design competition. I was Animator and Sound Designer for team Game Over Studios, and our game demo was 'Smile', a Maori themed action adventure. Teams have three months in which to create a playable game demo, culminating in exhibiting the games in Edinburgh at Protoplay.
